New Registration Period

| Registration rates for different groups remain the same as indicated on APAO 2020 website: | ||
^ Advance payments settled between January 1 and February 5, 2020, will be grouped into Early Bird Registration under the new arrangement. The cost differences will be refunded.
Registration can be made via the Congress System at https://congress.apaophth.org/.
Cancelation of Registration / Exhibition / Sponsorship
Registered delegates, exhibitors and sponsors who have already settled the payment between May 31, 2019, and February 5, 2020, for the APAO 2020 Congress are encouraged to carry forward their registration and commitments to the new Congress dates.
However, if a cancelation of their registration, exhibition or sponsorship is unavoidable, it will be processed according to the below refund policy:

* For cancelation received after May 15, 2020, the refund will be processed after August 9, 2020 upon the conclusion of the APAO 2020 Congress.
Note: All refunds are subject to a deduction of applicable banking service fees, which shall be borne by the delegate/exhibitor/sponsor.

Hotel Reservation
Hotel reservation for all paid delegates is open from February 10 to June 15, 2020.
Delegates who have paid for their reservation at the Congress hotels (Congress hotel list: https://2020.apaophth.org/hotel-reservation/) between October 8, 2019 and February 5, 2020, can opt for one of the following arrangements:
- The original reservation for April 22 – 26, 2020, will be carried forward to the new Congress dates, August 5 – 9, 2020; or
- Cancelation of the reservation, with a 3.5% – 4% administration fee incurred by the transaction between our Chinese credit card service provider and your bank/credit card, which will be fully absorbed at your end.
